Our Story
Founded in early 2024, Aeva Health emerged from a pivotal moment in our founder's life. At 24, she was diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, facing what doctors called one of their most severe cases. For years she bounced between specialists who never spoke to each other, each treating one piece of her. Nothing shifted until she connected it all herself, across hormones, sleep, gut and nutrition, stress and movement, and finally saw what was behind her worst days. That is what put her into remission, and that approach is Aeva.
What she learned is that things only start to make sense when every part of your health is looked at together. Aeva Health is the platform she wished existed at the time: one place that connects the evidence with the whole picture of you.
