She completed 180 hours of Cycle Coach Facilitator Training, recognised by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), and works to high professional standards through continued learning, peer reflection and evidence-informed practice.

Danielle Keiser is a certified hormone and menstrual cycle coach specialising in holistic, evidence-informed support for those seeking balance, clarity and vitality throughout their cycles. With over 12 years of experience in the menstrual health field and a Holistic Hormone and Cycle Coach Certification from Cycle Seeds and IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), she blends body literacy, lifestyle tools and compassionate coaching to help clients understand their unique hormonal patterns. She supports women navigating painful periods, irregular cycles, PCOS, coming off hormonal birth control, ADHD and perimenopause, helping them achieve tangible, transformative results in their health and daily lives.

Heather Lounsbury has 24 years of experience as an acupuncturist, herbalist, Reiki master and nutritionist. Her unique holistic and compassionate approach to healing encompasses all aspects of her patients' needs, allowing for the best possible results. She specialises in women's and mental health, with particular expertise in hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, IBS and menopause. Heather holds a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is licensed in the state of California. Her approach blends the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine -including acupuncture, herbal medicine and Qi Gong - with modern nutritional science and lifestyle coaching, recognising that physical, mental and emotional health are interconnected.

Tracy is a qualified sleep therapist recognised by The Society for Behavioural Sleep Medicine and works exclusively with adults who have insomnia using only evidence-based approaches. Utilising a coaching approach, she leverages the principles of CBT-I and ACT-I (gold standard approaches for treatment of insomnia) to help support women in reconnecting to their natural ability to sleep. She holds a degree in Psychology, is a Registered Osteopath, Certified Health Coach with a specialism in Behaviour Change, and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia, Advanced Cognitive Therapy for Insomnia, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for Insomnia. Tracy believes deeply, through her personal and professional experience, that women can not only improve their sleep but learn the lifetime skill of resilient sleep.

Leoni is a Reiki Master and humanistic counselor who supports women in times of change and awakening. She helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and realign with their inner power, so they can live and lead from a grounded, nourished place.

Saafi O'Neill is an Alignment & Energetics Coach who helps female leaders harmonise their ambition with their wellbeing. Blending strategic business coaching with Human Design, Gene Keys, and EFT, she creates transformational shifts that lead to sustainable success without burnout.

Fini helps women reclaim sovereignty over their mental and physical health through breathwork practices. Her journey began through personal trauma, leading her to Bali where she discovered the transformative power of breathwork and somatic healing. Amy is an Integrative Coach and Mental Health Practitioner with a master's in psychology, whose approach to wellbeing is holistic, considering the deep connection between brain and body. She supports clients to understand and regulate emotions, manage anxiety and stress, explore their untapped potential, overcome limiting beliefs, and create meaningful, lasting change. Drawing from behavioural science and psychology, Amy understands that mental and physical wellbeing are shaped by our daily habits and routines. She works collaboratively with clients to transform ingrained patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that may keep them stuck. Through personalised guidance, Amy helps clients redesign their daily lives, enabling them to thrive and find genuine joy in the present moment.
