Danielle Keiser is a certified hormone and menstrual cycle coach specialising in holistic, evidence-informed support for those seeking balance, clarity and vitality throughout their cycles. With over 12 years of experience in the menstrual health field and a Holistic Hormone and Cycle Coach Certification from Cycle Seeds and IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), she blends body literacy, lifestyle tools and compassionate coaching to help clients understand their unique hormonal patterns. She supports women navigating painful periods, irregular cycles, coming off hormonal birth control, ADHD and perimenopause, helping them achieve tangible, transformative results in their health and daily lives.

My Approach

My approach is holistic, creative and deeply personalised. I begin every coaching journey with a unique art-based reflection project that invites clients to explore their current situation and values—this helps us uncover what's most alive for them right now. In parallel, we move into a thorough and compassionate intake process that looks at the whole picture: cycle patterns, symptoms, lifestyle, stress, relationships, nourishment and more. Working with me means reconnecting with your body not just through science and strategy, but through curiosity, care and embodiment. Together, we identify the areas for improvement and build up your own "pillars of vitality"—your personalised anchors for cyclical wellbeing.

Nourished & Energised Through Perimenopause

The Struggle

For several years, Myriah had been navigating the confusing and often overwhelming changes of perimenopause. Heavy bleeding, burnout, iron deficiency, and a lack of guidance left her feeling depleted and disempowered. She was prescribed Slynd, a progesterone-only birth control pill, to help manage the bleeding but what she really needed was education, support, and a roadmap for reclaiming her wellbeing.

Hormonal birth control (Slynd), iron supplements, self-research — but no structured guidance or integrative strategy for managing perimenopause.

Approach

Danielle Keiser worked with Myriah through a creative, cycle-led coaching programme centred around her personal art project. Together, they focused on three foundational pillars: Nutrition, Stress Management, and Pleasure, with the aim of implementing at least one meaningful action in each area every day or week. Danielle recommended lab testing for iron, supported dietary changes (increasing protein, fibre, and reducing caffeine), and guided Myriah to reconnect with joy, nourishment, and embodiment during a time of transition.

The Timeline

2 weeks: Reduced bleeding, noticeable increase in energy

Current Status

Rebuilding Energy and Easing Pain from Iron Deficiency, Fibroids & Endometriosis

Sarah, 35

The Struggle

For 5 years, Sarah lived with persistent fatigue, painful periods, endometriosis, fibroids, and low iron, all of which left her feeling drained, dismissed, and anxious. Despite trying iron pills and multiple supplements (often taken on an empty stomach), her symptoms didn’t improve. She felt stuck, unsupported by conventional doctors, and was desperate for answers and relief.

Previous Attempts

Iron supplements, self-directed supplement regimes, multiple medical consultations, with little clarity and no long-term improvement. Her fatigue, digestive upset, and menstrual pain persisted.

Approach

Danielle Keiser co-created a plan with Sarah that respected her knowledge and engagement in her own health journey. A DUTCH hormone test was used to gain deeper insights into her hormonal landscape. Danielle also sought insight from her community of certified coaches to ensure a collaborative and well-rounded plan. The protocol focused on liver support and gentle detoxification, with attention to nourishment, menstrual health, and reducing inflammation.

The Timeline

Current Status

Sarah now experiences less severe menstrual pain and more energy. She feels validated, supported, and far more in control of her healing process. Her personalised protocol continues to evolve with her body’s needs, and her fibroid has begun to shrink, offering both physical and emotional relief.
