Leoni Van Water

Leoni is a Reiki Master and humanistic counselor who supports women in times of change and awakening. She helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate emotions, and realign with their inner power, so they can live and lead from a grounded, nourished place.

Her approach is rooted in both lived experience and academic depth. With a Master's degree in Humanistic counseling, a blend of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality, Leoni understands the complexity of being human. She has woven together reiki, tantra, and somatic practices into a deeply integrative 'feminine empowerment' method that addresses burnout, anxiety, emotional disconnection, and the physical toll of constantly doing.

Leoni guides entrepreneurs, leaders, young mothers, and creatives to come home to themselves. Her programmes invite clients to slow down, soften control, and reclaim a life that feels spacious, alive, and true.

I believe healing happens most powerfully in spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported. Aeva’s mission to centre women’s health in a truly holistic way deeply aligns with my vision of nurturing women back to their natural wholeness. When women are supported in this way, they remember their strength—and that’s the energy I bring to this collective.

My approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply attuned to your unique needs. We begin with an initial session to connect, explore what's alive in you, and set the foundation for our journey together.

From there, we typically work in a rhythm of 6 to 9 sessions, always shaped around your pace, your process, and what you're ready for. Each session begins with a check-in: a moment to sense how you're feeling emotionally, mentally, physically, and energetically. 

From that place, I weave together a personalised blend of coaching, energy healing, guided meditation, and embodiment practices. Everything I offer is grounded in feminine wisdom and a holistic understanding of healing, honoring both the seen and unseen layers of transformation. To support lasting integration, I record each session, so you can return to the insights, meditations, and practices in your own time. This helps you get the most out of your healing process.
