About Aeva
What is Aeva?
Aeva is an integrated health platform for women. It brings your sleep, cycle, food, energy, stress and symptoms together, decodes the patterns between them, and connects you with vetted experts, all in one place.
How is Aeva different from traditional women's healthcare?
Most care is fragmented: one doctor sees your bloods, a cycle app sees your cycle, nobody sees the whole picture. Aeva brings experts, insights and tracking together, works across all six pillars of your health, and builds a plan around you rather than a diagnosis. In-app chat support and free discovery calls with experts are part of every plan.
Who is Aeva for?
Women who want to understand their existing health better, women looking for answers to unexplained symptoms, women navigating a specific diagnosis, and women who want an integrated view of their wellbeing rather than a single-symptom fix. Built by a woman who went through this herself.
What conditions does Aeva help with?
PMOS (PCOS), hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, thyroid conditions, fertility concerns, perimenopause, menopause, unexplained fatigue, digestive issues, and stress-related symptoms, decoded by looking at what's actually driving them, not just managing what shows up.
Where is Aeva available?
Aeva is currently available exclusively in the United Kingdom, with plans to expand further afield.
What if I've been told my symptoms are "just stress"?
This is exactly who Aeva is built for. You know your body better than anyone, and persistent symptoms usually have a driver behind them, even when tests come back normal. Aeva and our practitioners help decode what your body's been trying to tell you.
Getting started
How much does Aeva cost?
Aeva membership starts at £19.99 a month, or save with £49.99 a quarter or £189.99 a year. Working with an Aeva expert is a flexible add-on, bought with credits rather than a separate subscription, and credits last 12 months across single-expert sessions, Super Teams and Functional Testing.
How do I get started?
Complete a 3-minute health quiz about your story, what you've already tried, and your goals. You get immediate access to your personalised dashboard with tailored insights, and can book a free discovery call with a practitioner whenever you're ready.
What's included in an Aeva membership?
Your personalised dashboard, tracking across all six pillars, in-app chat with Eva for instant support, direct messaging with experts, free 15-minute discovery calls, priority event access, and evidence-based resources.
Can I try Aeva before committing?
Yes, a 7-day free trial gives you full platform access before any payment is taken.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Refunds apply to technical access issues after your trial period. You can cancel any time to stop future billing, but change-of-mind refunds aren't available once your risk-free trial has ended.
Our approach
What are the six pillars?
Hormones, sleep, movement, gut health and nutrition, stress, and mental health: the six interconnected areas where women's health challenges usually start. Not six pillars in six tabs, one picture of you.
What can I track in Aeva?
Cycle patterns, hormonal symptoms, energy levels, sleep quality, digestive health, nutrition, mood, stress, physical symptoms, and how they all relate, surfacing patterns a single-symptom approach usually misses.
Can I customise my plan?
Yes. Adjust your focus pillars as your needs change, customise what you track, and choose practitioners who match your specific concerns. Ask in the in-app chat if you want a hand.
What does Eva do?
Eva is your personal AI health coach, available day or night. She reads your whole picture, spots patterns across your six pillars, helps you stay accountable to your goals, and can take photos of meals, test results and blood tests to add to your Health Profile. She offers information, education and support. She doesn't diagnose or prescribe, anything medical stays with your GP or treating doctor.
Our services
What does Aeva offer?
Aeva membership (from £19.99/month) for your complete tracking and insight picture, expert 1:1 sessions as a flexible credit-based add-on, and Super Teams, three experts coordinated on one plan for you.
Is a Super Team different from a single expert?
Yes. A Super Team is three Aeva experts working together on your plan, each with their own specialism, coordinated by a lead expert so you're not juggling three separate people. You can message the whole team together or each expert separately, and the plan adjusts as your needs change.
Are Aeva's services virtual or in person?
Everything is delivered through our secure virtual platform, so you get UK-wide access, flexible scheduling, and continuity of care wherever you are.
What kind of practitioners work with Aeva?
Nutritional therapists, women's health specialists, sleep specialists, hormone experts, functional medicine practitioners, menstrual health specialists, stress coaches and menopause specialists, each vetted for qualifications and a genuine focus on women's health.
How do I book a session with an expert?
As a member, book a free discovery call, browse practitioner profiles and availability in the app, pick who and when, complete a short pre-session questionnaire, and you'll get confirmation with the connection details.
Can Aeva help me understand my blood test results?
Yes. Our practitioners can review and interpret your results, explain what they mean for your overall health, and recommend further testing where it would help, such as hormone or thyroid panels.
Does Aeva diagnose or treat conditions?
Aeva supports you in understanding patterns in your health data. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We work alongside your GP and existing care, decoding what's driving your symptoms so those conversations are better informed, never instead of medical care.
Is Aeva covered by insurance?
Aeva membership isn't currently covered by UK health insurers. If your policy includes a general wellbeing allowance, it's worth checking with your provider whether it applies, this varies a lot by insurer. Sessions with our practitioner network may be claimable separately under some policies, so ask your insurer directly to confirm.
Is Aeva a medical device?
Aeva is a Class I medical device (in progress) under UK regulation. We support you in tracking and understanding the patterns and potential drivers behind your symptoms, we don't diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always speak to your GP or another qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis or treatment. Aeva and Eva work alongside your existing care, not instead of it.
