About

Chaz combines mindset coaching with somatic practices to help clients move beyond self-doubt and unfulfilling routines. Drawing from her corporate background and extensive training in yoga and meditation, she guides people in reconnecting with their authentic purpose. Through integrating mind and body practices, she supports clients in creating meaningful change and sustainable personal growth.

Her journey began in the corporate world, where despite professional success, she encountered a profound sense of disconnection. Her personal experience with workplace challenges - including overwhelm, uncertainty, and self-doubt - inspired her transition into wellness and personal development. Having led workshops in yoga, meditation, and personal growth around the globe, she developed a deep understanding of how combining mindset work with somatic practices can create lasting transformation.

Working with a holistic approach, Chaz helps clients explore their challenges and develop new perspectives that align with their true values. She creates a supportive environment where clients can safely examine limiting beliefs, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and cultivate practical tools for sustainable growth.
