Saafi O'Neill is an Alignment & Energetics Coach who helps female leaders harmonise their ambition with their wellbeing. Blending strategic business coaching with Human Design, Gene Keys, and EFT, she creates transformational shifts that lead to sustainable success without burnout.
Her approach is rooted in a simple truth: when leaders trust themselves, regulate their nervous system, and move from alignment, everything flows - clarity, impact, and fulfilment naturally follow. She developed The Radiance Method to help entrepreneurs, executives, and ambitious women integrate strategy with energy. Saafi's journey into this work began after scaling her own business while ignoring her personal needs. Realising that strategy alone wasn't sufficient, she immersed herself in the world of energetics. Now, she empowers women not just to build success, but to have the freedom and vitality to truly enjoy it.

I believe that women come together around a collective vision, supporting one another for the greater good  - powerful things can happen. I really align with and resonate with Aoife's vision and story and I know she has the power to create something really special and unique with Aeva so I'm very honoured to have been asked to be involved. As women we've been so disconnected from our true essence, and it's now time for us to reconnect to ourselves and others and see how powerful we truly are.
