Manufacturer: Aeva Health Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, UK · Class I Software as a Medical Device (UK MDR 2002), UKCA · Software version 1.0
1. Intended purpose
Aeva is a software application (mobile and web) intended to help adult women understand and self-manage their general health and wellbeing. Based on the symptom, lifestyle and wellbeing information she logs and shares with Aeva, and data from the devices she chooses to connect, Aeva provides personalised health insights and education and highlights patterns and correlations within her logged data. Aeva also supports her understanding of her symptoms and her health over time, and helps her prepare for consultations with health professionals. Aeva is informational and non-diagnostic: it does not diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any disease or condition, performs no measuring function, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Uploaded laboratory results are stored for your reference and sharing only and are not used to generate insights or patterns.
2. Who it's for
Adult women aged 18 and over, for personal use. Not for use by healthcare professionals for clinical decision-making.
