About

Fini helps women reclaim sovereignty over their mental and physical health through breathwork practices. Her journey began through personal trauma, leading her to Bali where she discovered the transformative power of breathwork and somatic healing. She understands how bodies hold unprocessed memories that can manifest as illness and limiting beliefs.  

Through her own healing journey of releasing trapped emotions and rebalancing her nervous system, she discovered the profound impact of breath techniques. Now trained in breathwork, she facilitates others in their transformation, helping them process past experiences and release old coping mechanisms in a safe environment.

My Approach

We start with a fifteen minute, complimentary call to assess your needs and work out whether I can help. The first half of our session will be exploratory,  where we will delve further into your mental and physical health and discuss together what the best practices would be for you.
Most often, I use a mix of nervous system regulation techniques as well as deeper, therapeutic breath practices. I will suggest techniques for you to work with each day between the sessions to maximise the healing.

Lily, 35: Calming IBS Through Breathwork and Nervous System Support
The Struggle

Five years of IBS symptoms including bloating, abdominal pain, digestive discomfort, and anxiety. Lily had tried food mapping and antispasmodics with minimal, short-term relief. By June 2024, she felt desperate and exhausted by the ongoing cycle of flare-ups and frustration.

Previous Attempts

Low FODMAP diet, antispasmodic medications, GI consultations. Partial improvement, but symptoms always returned — leaving her feeling unsupported and stuck.

Approach

Alongside functional medicine support, Lily worked with Fini Cooper through a tailored breathwork programme for IBS. Sessions focused on nervous system downregulation and visceral pain relief — essential components often missed in traditional care. Daily tools were provided to regulate gut-brain reactivity, reduce flare-ups, and restore calm within the body.

Current Status

Lily now enjoys a more stable gut, greater ease in her body, and minimal anxiety. She continues monthly sessions with Fini to maintain her results, and feels empowered with tools to manage any minor symptom flares with confidence and calm.

Laura, 39: Rebuilding Energy and Hormone Balance After Burnout
The Struggle

After 2–3 years of worsening symptoms, Laura was experiencing deep burnout, adrenal dysregulation, hormonal imbalance, and chronic fatigue. By early 2024, she faced daily exhaustion (even after sleep), brain fog, emotional reactivity, irregular and painful periods, and a constant sense of flatness and detachment.

Previous Attempts

Antidepressants, CBT, supplements. While these offered moments of relief, none addressed the root nervous system and hormonal imbalances. Laura still felt emotionally drained and disconnected from her body.

Approach

Fini Cooper introduced a breathwork programme focused on nervous system repair and hormonal support. Practices were adapted around Laura’s cycle and included short, restorative home sessions. Fini collaborated with her nutritionist and hormone specialist (who had run DUTCH testing) to support hormonal shifts and enhance energy resilience through somatic and breath-based work.

The Timeline

2 weeks: Deeper sleep, fewer night wakings
1 month: Better stress resilience, first pain-free period in 8 months, reconnection to her body
3 months: More regular and less painful periods, resumed gentle exercise, improved emotional clarity
6 months: Returned to work at a balanced pace, DUTCH test showed improved progesterone, felt grounded and emotionally resilient

Current Status

Laura now maintains a consistent breathwork and nervous system care routine independently. Her energy is stable, periods are manageable, and she’s working sustainably with renewed trust in her body’s needs and rhythms. Quarterly check-ins support her continued growth.
