My approach is deeply personalised and client-centred. I don’t ask, “What does this person have?”, I ask, “Who is this person who has this condition?” Every protocol I design considers your goals, lifestyle, budget, and nervous system capacity. We gather key data through a detailed intake form, a nutrition audit, and comprehensive blood tests. I typically recommend a functional test to uncover the root causes of your symptoms. "All my life I’ve been struggling with issues around food - too picky, too scared to try new ones, too used to what I knew, couldn’t care less about food, just had to be done.
