Dr Rebecca Hiscutt is a Registered Dietitian passionate about supporting people to utilise the power of nutrition to feel vibrant, energised and empowered in their everyday lives. With over 23 years' experience supporting individuals and families, she combines clinical expertise with her research background to translate cutting-edge science into practical, inspiring food strategies. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics and a PhD in Nutrition, and is registered with the HCPC. Rebecca specialises in metabolic health, hormonal balance and women's health across all life stages. She believes deeply in the power of hope and that positive change is always possible, even in the most challenging times.

We'll start with a free introductory chat to ensure I'm the right person to support you. Once you've booked your initial consultation, I'll ask you to complete a health and wellbeing assessment. Your consultation is a supportive space to share your challenges and goals, ask questions, then together we'll create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your daily life for maximum early benefit. You may feel confident following your personalised plan independently. For the best results, I recommend my nutrition support package, which offers ongoing guidance and adjustments over four weeks, helping you navigate challenges which crop up such as stress, travel or eating out, allowing maximal accountability and support for optimal health changes.

This allows maximal accountability and support for optimal health changes, with practical resources including recipes, meal ideas and shopping lists.
