Amy works collaboratively with clients to redesign their days, enabling them to reach their full potential and enjoy life as it happens, here and now.

Karen is a specialist Fertility, Pregnancy & Postnatal Coach who helps women navigate and reduce the long-term impact of infertility trauma in the short, medium and long term to reach their goals while trying to conceive, pregnant or later. Her approach is deeply informed by personal experience, having navigated her own infertility challenges and their continuing ripple effects through pregnancy and parenthood. Following a successful career as a lawyer, Karen retrained as a specialist Fertility, Pregnancy & Postnatal Coach after witnessing the crucial need for personal support at this time. She went on to become an EFT, Hypnosis, NLP Practitioner, Mindset Transformation and Life & Success Coach. Karen's work is featured in the national press including Newsweek and The Guardian. Karen is also a regular speaker on BBC radio, a best-selling author and a best fertility coach finalist (named by the European Fertility Society).

Chaz spent over a decade in the corporate world, where despite professional success, she encountered a profound sense of unfulfillment. Her personal experience with workplace challenges—including overwhelm, uncertainty, and self-doubt—inspired her transition into wellness and personal development. She has travelled globally, leading workshops in yoga, meditation, breathwork and personal development. Chaz now combines mindset coaching with somatic and mindfulness techniques to help clients discover balance and purpose.

Angela is a practitioner who advocates for a holistic approach to living life to its full potential. She believes that while humans are born connected and using all their senses, life experiences and traumas can block the ability to connect with self and others. Through creative expression, she helps clients reconnect safely in a therapeutic environment, drawing on the innate healing power of art to facilitate personal growth. Working with adults, children, and parents, she creates a nurturing space where creative exploration becomes a pathway to self-discovery. Beth is a Naturopathic Nutritionist who approaches health through food as medicine, using targeted dietary and lifestyle interventions to restore balance to bodily systems. She employs diagnostic testing to identify root causes of symptoms, recognising that no two clients have the same history, and therefore no two treatment programmes are the same. Her methodology focuses on treating the person, not their symptoms or conditions, through understanding each client's central nervous system and gut health.
